Overview: Two French environmental activists are kidnapped by Tuareg rebels in Niger. A disaster for Paris: politicians and the board of directors are arguing with the Nigerien state over uranium prices - and don't need a scandal. Diplomat Hugo is sent to negotiate with the kidnappers on site. Hélène the head of the environmental organization also flies in.
