Overview: A detective declares: "The era of yakuza strutting around with authority is over." Yet the streets are now overrun with lawless rogues. Tommy (Yamaguchi Yoshiyuki) and Buchi (Suzuki Minoru) are a reckless duo pretending to help women only to take advantage of them skipping out on bills at cabaret clubs and scraping by while living out of a car in a parking lot that costs just 1 200 yen a night. One day however they cross the wrong line. After targeting a store backed by yakuza they find themselves in a heated conflict. Thinking they can extort the gangsters they soon learn the harsh reality of provoking the true underworld.
